You can also use subdomains from free hosting companies like .pcriot.com, or .10mx.com.

But other than that, co.cc and .tk are really good.

Or just buy one... they are cheap!

Here in Germany I got my .com domain for ~10 Euro/Year. (< 1 Euro/Month!)
