Alright, I changed the gamemode on Volt Host which I then accidentally pressed stop instead of restart.

It now won't let me turn on the server (it'll let me click but when it loads it won't start). I have tried hibernating the server then dehibernating it but it won't work.

i got this bug i fixed it it uses linux u need to install streamer and then put to
add this to ur config
plugins streamer.so
but remember install streamer

Check your server console, it will turn up what error you get with starting the server if it's not starting fully. If there's nothing in the logs, make sure you haven't deleted samp03svr / samp-npc / announce by accident (you can get this by simply updating to the latest version if you have).
