sscanf when you download the plugin, there is also a folder called sscanf that contains several files, what's the use?

That would be the source of the plugin. I wouldn't worry to much about it, unless you want to make changes or compile sscanf for yourself.

I think those are source files. You don't need to use them. You only need what's in directory /plugins/ and /pawn/includes/ (or .dll/.so and .inc files)
