Noobist Simple Anti Passenger Abuse
I was bored, so i make this simple filterscript.

Features:

• Player can't enter vehicle as passenger without a driver
• Anti Passenger Abuse After Driver's Leave mode: when a driver left a vehicle/disconnected, the passenger will be automatically removed from the vehicle.

Only 2 features? Yes, because it's simple.

I Use a Damage script,which makes the car gets HITS Without having a Driver,like in MTA.
This is only good when the player is trying to drive-by passanger abuse.
