Yes, you can. you only need to script it!
Lemme give some tips..
-MapAndreas Include/Plugin to spawn at correct Z at random places around player.
-ConnectNPC > OnPlayerSpawn > Set it as a Zombie skin > Set Zombie walk animations.
-Make the NPC to follow the player.
