Ok, by searching I have seen this has been asked a LOT!

All the topics say the irc.sa-mp.com was closed and to go use irc.foco.co or something, but that doesn't seem to work either.

I can't find anything on the wiki, or on the forum [on sticky posts etc] about IRC, is there still a IRC server for SA:MP?
If so would be great to have the server name

Yeah, I tried to figure this out some months ago, I think it was closed, and I don't think there's another official IRC channel.

The link I posted isn't official but it's the real channel it's just that the sa-mp team doesn't take responsibility for it anymore.

Use irc.tl, eu.irc.tl or us.irc.tl as server. Either should work.
