I have MTA to try and do some mappings around LS, the outside mappings are fine, came out pretty nice, i have searched for the answer of how to map an interior, and by map an interior i mean say i wanted to use the ZIP interior, BUT i wanted the inside of that ZIP to be completely empty so i can add my desired objects, like a custom interior, how people make custom hospital interiors, offices, ect...... When searching, i tried one method tht i found but that did not work was to goto the interior in MTA then dump the location, dumping the location still kept the current interior items in that interior. If you dont understand what i mean lt me know i can try and re explain it esier.

You cannot change (delete) interior or object in that interior. But you can create your own interior using object editor or MTA editor
