Me and my friend willing to open roleplay server with own custom script(20% scripted), we are scripting it and we are noobs in scripting.
We are thinking to get good scripter can you tell us if we will pay him but then problem is how to protect that script then from being stolen.
And tell us your suggestions also about script and server.

How to protect the script from being stolen? Don't distribute it to anyone and don't upload the source on your server, furthermore use a host that is secure

Depends.If a guy told you something like: " Pleaseeee i am best scripter !! but you give me admin yes?? ", don't trust him.
