Hey all! Yesterday, I installed SA-MP on my laptop that runs on Windows VISTA. It ran fine.

Today, I tried to install it on my desktop that runs Windows 7 because it lagged a bit on the laptop. However, whenever I try to connect to a server, the game pops up, and about 4/5 of the way through the loading bar, the client crashes.

I've tried running SA-MP and GTA:SA in compatibility modes for Windows 2000, XP SP2, XP SP3, Vista, and 7 and they all crash the same way.

I really have no idea what to do. Any suggestions?
