Hey everyone. I used to play 0.2x while 0.3a was out since I wanted to wait till 0.3b, I was an administrator of a 200 player server, but it closed down since the 0.2x hosted tab option was gone therefore, the server shut

Does the player count on 'www.sa-mp.com' collect the player count from different SA-MP versions? or is it just the count for the current version?

If it was just a 0.3c player count, having to count the older versions can collect probably a high player count on the webpage. Lots of players play the older versions of SA-MP which I found out quite a while ago though most of the bugs un-accomplished from then was fixed in these current releases of SA-MP.

It's quite amazing how from 0.2x ( average player count to about 15-17k ) reached more than 20k, amazing. Cannot believe players a now starting to play SA-MP often :P

It's just 0.3c and 0.3b, the server lists for older versions were shut down.

Why are there still players on 0.3b? Every version of SA:MP is better, so why they don't upgrade?

It's most likely to be players using hacks and retrieving the good ole' times, I went back to 0.2x to go and come back to see the good old times and while I was there I was banning alot of players.

If the website counts the older versions, it'll be remarkable to see a nice player count on SA-MP

I kind of miss 0.2x. I like how you can hold down TAB button to view the player list. It was great, and much faster than the current tab, but I hate how we had to use menus since dialogs were not brought up in 0.2x (I like dialogs better), but I think 0.3c is better, since the sync improved and there's much more features that bring fun into one's server.

Yeah, too bad we can't play on older servers with higher versions. The 0.3b servers have hardly active owners who can't be arsed to upgrade to 0.3c, I mean, it's crazy to see a server using a SA:MP version that was released last year.

If it did count the older versions, then we could actually get the accurate results. Now I think there's no more 0.2x servers (I miss the noob times, where I would hop onto my friend's server/or my own test server and play on the LARP gamemode).
