If this comes from you trying to host your own server, You are using an old script with a new samp-server.exe, happened to me... Reinstalled samp + gta, and new script = all done..

Hope i helped.

DONT USE CAPSLOCK SO MUCH

Uninstall car mods.
If it doesen't help then reinstall SAMP.
If still doesen't help reinstall GTA SA.
And if still doesen't help then reinstall OS and install GTA SA

I think the answer is to DELETE all San Andreas folders uninstall it,uninstall any car mods and install it again but dont forget to reinstall samp then your problem will be solved it happened to me too 10 times hehehe I love to install car mods
