I believe some of the limits on that page are incorrect?

Name Length: 20 characters.

Isn't it 24?

Text I/O: 128 cells (512 bytes)

add Client text? 144 cells (SendClientMessage)

Textdraws

Shown In A Single Client's Screen: 92

When a player connects, I show the player 867 textdraws.. no crash nothing?

I believe those are stable limits.

Player name limit is from server browser. w/ SetPlayerName you can use 24 characters.
