TextDraw Arcanoid Filterscript

Idea:
Classic Arkanoid. Must destroy the blocks and do not lose the ball

Use:
- Command to start game /arc
- Command to stop game /arc_stop
- Move reflector block left - right
- To change the angle of reflection of ball, move the reflector in the moment of contact
