i use ladmin and you need to use command register(pass)/login(pass).
How can i make it in a dialog?

Well its pretty easy actually, read the tutorials on how to make a dialog, the DIALOG_STYLE_INPUT type is the one your going to use. Then when you learn how to make dialogs, read the /login and /register commands. All the information in those commands, will be needed for the dialogs aswell
