I found a problem in GarHouse house system (https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?pid=1339751#pid1339751).
When you pass trough a checkpoint, istantly you should enter in the house (if you own that house) or read the message to buy the house.
But if you set pickups instead of checkpoints in the .pwn files, pickups appears perfectly, but if you pass trough nothing happens!!

How to fix this?

If you found a bug, post in the GarHouse's topic. Otherwise, open the SAMP Wiki and the Tutorials forum and fix it by yourself.

Try putting GarHouse first in the filterscript link in server.cfg?
