If I create a black TextDraw at all screen and i want have GameText at the same time. Now, will be GameText visibal on black TextDraw or it wouldnt see it..

If the Gametext have a brighter Color ,then yes ,but why you dont make a second TD for the Black screen TD,
Then you can select your own Position to do it ,GameTextґs are always above the screen and you cant select a Position for it...
