Hi there, my 'Program Files' Folder has somehow been duplicated but when the contents in one of the two folders is altered it also changes in the other folder.

Deleting one of the folders also causes the other to lose all contents aswell.

I just want to know how I can get it back to being just one folder without losing all of my files or having to do a clean install.

For ref: I am on Windows 7 Home Premium and the duplicate folder is named 'Program Files ' just an additional space after the word 'Files'.

Any help is appreciated.

That's annoying, was really hoping to avoid a system recovery.. I guess that will be the route to take though.
