Read ToS first. Hidden fees
Really, am I the only person that reads ToS and contracts before I sign, or pay for anything?
can't be really that hard
and I am only 15 common...
edit:
Hold on... So they asked you to pay 203, and you payed only 109?

Hello,

LeaseWeb's invoiced billing starts on the 1 of each calendar month. If you order your service before that date your next invoice will include the normal monthly charge plus a one time pro-rata fee that covers the period from the day you received your service until the next calendar month.

We find it extremely important to make sure you are aware of our billing methods and for this reason we inform you very clearly before you confirm the order. (See attached image that i just took from our website.)

However, you claim we did not respond to your ticket which is very unlikely and if true, unacceptable.
Please send me your contact info to keren@leaseweb.com and I will do my very best to assist.

For the gentleman that was looking for our legal information, you can find it right here:
