[FilterScript] ParkingLot Gate

Hi Guys,here is my 2nd presentation.
Parkinglot,Good for RP Servers with moving automatic gate.

Command to open gate : /pgopen

Close command to close gate : No need ,Its automatic and having 10sec timer.
