If i use audio plugin , then i can hear music? 0,o

The audio plugin can send any sounds or music to all players on the server who are using the sound client. If a player does not have that client running he wont hear anything, and also if the server does not have the plugin running and sending sounds via the script, the players wont hear anything.

However if you want to use any sounds that arent available in normal GTA then you need to use the plugin.
