cant uninstall car mods/skins help me(readplzhelpme)

ok so i use gta sanandreas sami mod installer ok so i install my car skins wat ever u call them .... i installed lots of car skins so i used the sami instaler 2 uninstall some of those ugly skins seems like it workd ok cuz it said uninstal complete but listen 2 this when i go in 2 the game 2 play again all same damm shit is in there that i just tryd uninstalling so now every damm car i ever installed is the exact same it dose not go back 2 the orginal car its the moded 1s i have installed the sami installer dose not uninstall cars right its messed up i have uninstalled tho whole game and reinstalled and omg the Fing same cars are there thay dont change back 2 the normal rockstar cars its relly anoying please help me

First, wrong section.
Second, NEVER use SAMI
Third, ALWAYS Create backups
Fourth, Solution: Re-install GTA SA or download original gta3.img

no u dont get i have backups i have tryed backing it up i have tryd uninstalling and reinstalling so please understand me its like stuck in my system nothing works i have tryd makeing a new windows user and reinstalling and that didnt work

It must work. If you have added original skins into gta3.img file that file it will load those original skins since its loading all files from gta3.img.
