Always it did that .... and the connection is on .. i dont know why

Your internet speed, server location, ping is playing a big role in that.

Try to check out if you're internet is good enough and try not to download to much

Even i am also getting the same problem. Net is 100% fine downloading at 245 kbps constantly (2mbps) this is happening with all the servers on samp. I tried all my OS xp win7, with witout firewall reinstalled SA and samp almost everything but still nothing happened. Ping is totally normal, I am from India and my Ping in NGRP is around 260 - 310 but when i enter any SAMP server there is a choke, and packet loss. Please try to sort this up.
