my ping keep go high and second later low

then high again

and strangely it was just on my laptop and in my home no one Browsing DL ect, just play SAMP, on the other computer ping never been up and down like me. whereas last week I ping the laptop is nice just not up and down never even above 100 + +

when other people join my server their ping 100++ few seconds later 900++ and go down again
but when i open my server in other computer, it's okay the ping just 100 never 600++

It is normal that it goes up and down since your ping will never be the same all the time.
How much it goes up depends on what you, or somebody in your network, is doing, is somebody in your house downloading, uploading files to the internet / through the network?

If you have a wireless router you should make sure noone from outside your home is using it (put a password on it)

This is F*CKING CRAZY, I Made this server but my ping go up and down sometimes 15 sometimes 80 and sometimes 100 !!!
