Need someton to help me how can open my port , because i need my server online:

Step One - Open your Internet Browser
Step two - Enter in the website Bar your IP
Step Three - Enter the UserName / Password ( Note : Most of the Time both be ADMIN , if not contact your ISP )
Step Four - You will find A Tab called : Ports or Nat , look for one of those then choose Virtural server
Step Five - Enter in the ports 7777 and your IP and choose both Protocols then you done

it is doesn't working
i've get my ip in : whatismyip.com but whene i set it in Browser, internet can not get him...
