Colossus, you do realise the strings are most probably outside of the callback so they can be used globally? He would get errors if they did not exist. He is most probably using the string for larger things so it has to be larger.

OT: If I'm understanding this thread correctly, it calls everything fine except the SendClientMessageToAll. Put

Before the SendClientMessageToAll and check it is actually calling the right part of code.

Try removing the colors, see if it works then.
Four color changes in one line might be too much.

hint: the first color change is not needed, as it will be set by the SendClientMessage function
