Simple Spectating system

Commands:
Button 2 -> Spectating On/Off
Num 4 -> Spectate the previous online player
Num 6 -> Spectate the next online player

Just add it for players or for admins

This is not a simple /spectate command thath will change the player are you spectating with the num4 and num6
