Is there a filterscript that auto backups the whole server once a day?

No; unfortunately not. Even if there was one, you'd probably neeed an FTP plugin to retrive the data above 'scriptfiles' and then transfer it elsewhere.

Well get a good server provider its there task to backup all the data.
I heard that serverFFS makes backups as well.

You can make a script to run that will zip your server all up + you can make it FTP to a web server.

Maybe what you could do is just make a simple shell script/batch file that backs up your server at the end of each day, like on a timer or something. Basically what the others have said. Just an idea.
