Hi i downloaded spk-admin and whirpool fails i am using windows can someone help me.

Are you sure you are using .dll files?
You opened topic few days ago trying to run linux plugins on windows OS.

on plugins line i put whirpool and whirpool is in plugins folder and its dll

Its Whirlpool.dll and not the way u wrote it ,, correct it like i said and try again. If u still got errors thn post ur server_log here

Yeah i out whirpool first it failed and then i put Whirpool.dll still failed.

Both "plugins whirlpool" and "plugins Whirlpool" will work, as Windows isn't case sensitive, like Linux (if I can remember correctly, haven't played SAMP in a long time :P), so it should work fine, unless you're doing something wrong.
