How do i change the icon on the TAB.. I use SMF 2.0 RC5

Edit favicon.ico to your liking, then clear your browser cache.

It's called a favicon.

The code you need to use to set a favicon is in that page, although there's probably a setting in the SMF theme settings to do it for you. Also check around for the favicon in your webserver directory, if you find the favicon file you could just edit that without changing settings/code.
