Crash and burn derby server is that way
And there is similar script with some bugs released long ago (cant remember the name or author)

Cellphone system.

A different style of RP, everyone seems to do things the same! (local chat/first and last name etc)
A web scripted FR gamemode, where people can easily add stuff??
