Hello, I saw someone talking on the server, but he was not online, he was on mIRC. And he made cmds from there that worked on the server.

How is that possible? How can I do that?

Probably using the IRC plugin. Click me! If you're not sure how to make all the commands etc, I'm sure there's a few filterscripts out there for IRC.
