Has anyone tried to make an edit of the Lvrcr 1.8 [GM] that that uses the latest and more efficient stuff. For example, Incognito's IRC Plugin v1.4.2 instead of Jacob's IRC and Incognito's Streamer Plugin v2.5.2 and other stuff like that.

You can use the search tool to determine whether anyone has.
You can also use the ****** search with 'site:forum.sa-mp.com <your search parameters>' to get a more accurate list of results.
