Well, many people want this but its commonly rare that people will give it. It takes time to explain, if you look at previews at the videos section some release previews of there AI bots which are npcs controlled by server. You can take a look at CNPC but using the Player NPC function could return something nasty from the SAMP team (such as bans).
Once again, some people will be releasing an filterscript AI bots, might as well be staying tuned for them.
I could make one but its just i dont want to release it public, i would only share it to my close samp friends and me privately, not being greedy. Another of my excuses are that CNPC's detection between shooting is poorly coded and the samp natives are hard to control since of the syncing in samp.
