I downloaded SAMP 0.3c R3 to try it and my fps when from 20 to 25 making it looks better, but i got a problem, my chat window literally dissapeared, it looks like if you where playing alone, theres no chat
If i press F7 alot of times the chat dont appear,please help me

its "F6" or "T" not F7?

He means That The whole CHAT is gone. Try to Downgrade back to r1 OR just Try reinstalling

Yes, onboard graphics might have a problem with the new chat in R3. You can install the original 0.3c (R1) client, it should solve the problem:

I had a similar problem, but it was working fine again after I reinstalled SA-MP.
