I now it's chekpoint but can I use it as pickup?

Those are checkpoints.
Pickups are usually hidden when a player enters them, so you could disable the checkpoint when a player enters it to mimic a pickup.

Ok, but how can I set chekpoint and than show palyer menu? Thats problem, I don't now how to make when player enter chekpoint thans show's him menu, because I set pickup

Those are not objects,those are checkpoints
Use SetPlayerCheckpoint to make them

It's suggested that you use a Checkpoint streamer because the normal Checkpoints are limited and that means you can only use that once. So you cannot make multiple checkpoints, unless ofcourse you use/make a streamer.
