I find TS3 way better once you've gotten used to it; however, Ventrilo is simple and easy to get started with. The choice is yours - simplicity with less functionality, or complexity with more functionality.

Vent is great for RP if you plan to cross channel. TS3 is great for money saver if you got a VPS or Dedicated or something.

Teamspeak 3 is great if you know SQL.

Ventrilo lags like shit sometimes,I never used TS tho.

I have a big dedicated server, i didnt use it, so i will host a ventrillo or ts3 server for SA:MP.com
