Hello!
I have a hosting company, and I want to open a Global Community, I want to open 4-5 servers (RP,DM,Stunt and etc.)
I have already a script that I made ( Global Ropleplay ) so you can only continue it..

I need 1-2 Scripters to each server.

Each scripter will be head admin in this huge community!

Bit of a contradiction. I doubt you will get that many decent scripters w/o offering some money (and that would cost you alot). Good luck though.
