Well, i re-installed San Andreas and after that installed SA-MP since then i have the dialog in a strange case.. Lets have some Pictures.

the NEW dialog that i had problems with:


if you know what's the problem, just inform me with the case.

Changes:
In Picture 1, you'll find that i can use the mouse
In Picture 1, you'll find that the Color of it is BLACK
and Vice Versa for Picture 2

I think its your GUI picture (you missing it or something)
The name is sampgui.png so check it
