1) classic OnPlayerCommandText
2) dcmd
3) zcmd
4) another ?

Mysql is fastest with zcmd so that would be super fast if you wanted that.

ZCMD for sure! OnPlayerCommandText strcmp cmds are slow, there is no reason to use them nowdays.
