These past few weeks I have experienced a lot of crashing when I attempt to join any server.
The first loading screens hows then 75% loading and it crashes.

I have reinstalled my GTA in a diff directory with a different name, SAMP, deleted gta set...

I have tried to run it on a different user account.
I have tried to change compatibility.

I did notice something, a week ago GTA started to create two "GTA San Andreas user files" in my Libraries>Documents folder.

What is going on... ?

Can anyone help?

Try to change your player name sometimes it helps, dont know why. I had the same problem till i changed it, played a while and returned to it. Althoug all cheats other programs may cause it, e.g. xfire, fraps, skype - usually for my friend it causes some crashs. Although dont quit sa-mp while it is loading ( do not close client )

Edit: ANd, make sure oyu rename your GTA sa dictionary to something different e.g. GTA San Andreas 2, mygta, then reinstall sa-mp

Okay, this could be a long shot - but try allowing DirectX drivers administrative privelleges. I personally don't have Windows 7 (for this reason - it's unstable with SAMP) - but just try it. It's never been suggested before (or at least in my SAMP lifetime anyway) - but its worth a shot?
