Whichever you use, just don't use SAMP-MySQL v0.15. It tends to bug. A lot.
I'm using G-sTyLeZzZ' plugin.

Use G-sTyLeZzZ's plugin, it's a lot more efficient in comparison to the other plugins and it's coded properly - StrickenKid's is horrid.
