I put the latest a_samp.inc and again the same problem and tried to file for 0.3a, 0.3b but again it is not Please send a_samp.inc that will not make me such a problem

are you trying to compile it by double-clicking the .PWN file?
if so, maybe your default pawno opens, which is an older version!
Try this: download the _latest_ server from sa-mp.com , unpack it, open the unpacked pawno\pawno.exe , and inside the program, choose File->Open . Open your PWN file, and try to compile it.. it should work.
Also, make sure you have

#include <a_samp>

at the top of your script.

Then sorry, thats too hard to fix in ya pc.

Maybe you dont have required files for the script?

And also you need to understand that by yourself cuz its your pc.
And if there is errors then we can help you.
