I'm rather new to scripting and I'm looking for a way to create a whole new race, a race as in "aliens", for an example.

I'd appreciate if somebody told me how to or gave me a brief tutorial or somehow gave sufficient information for me to understand, as I am rather new as I said.

You mean make a new skin for the game (like aliens or cartoon figures or something)? I'm afraid SAMP doesn't support custom skins.

No, not like that. I'm basically meaning that I want to make a new "race" a "species" not a skin, like a team. Like male and female but a whole new race.
