Do these directories exist?
"AdminScript/Users/"
"AdminScript/Settings/"
If not, create them in the scriptfiles folder, samp doesnt do this by itself. Also be sure to have all required permissions, especially when you are using windows 7.

i use Windows Xp, directories already exist and inside after the registration don't save anything.
EDIT : Fixed. i recompile the new pwn file and now script it's working.

This is the toturial from wiki.... didn't work to me too!
