I made a object through mta, In that particular object i want to put neon light.
Not in a car or bike.
Is it possoble? If yes ,then how?

which one is new and which one is old i need the one with the dark skinned guy but i know where you can get the new version which is tommy as the logo from vice city which is mtavc.com but can anyone give me link to dark skinned guy version its way easier for me
