What does this error mean, i've tried to figure it out but for some reason i cannot...

fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "streamer"

( This error appears in pawno when i compile and then it comes up with the box and says that, Above )

Your help will be appreciated.

You don't have the include

STREAMER;

When i add it a new box comes up and says:
