Don't work this solution. I think that it's a problem from gm but i haven't errors/warnings.

Try any Filter-scripts/plug-ins/includes, any of them could be conflicting with it all.

All Filter-scripts/plug-ins/includes works fine. It's other problem but I don't know where is the problem.

Make sure you change 'rcon_password' in the server cfg.
This is often overlooked.
