mysql, y_ini
#1

Hi.

I have some questions.

Can you use mysql to save user files etc? If they can't, I want to use y_ini for userfile and mysql for webstats.

Also which is easy to use? Which one can you learn really fast?

Alot of people say mySQL is hard, but I find it far more easier then file based systems. That is probally because I learned that first in comparsion to most others.

Yes, ofcourse you can save user files in mySQL. Its made to store stuff .

If you need any help, pop up the tutorial section and look for mysql tutorials, also if I were you use g'stylezz mysql plugin. Goodluck

Hey playbox! Thanks for your answer, really helped me.

So you think I should only go for MySQL? Can you show me a screenshot, how the file looks when you open it?
Also it works for Webstats right?

I see there is also SQL, which one is the best?

Mysql is not made for pawn only, its made to store anything you want.
So yes you could use that only, and yes you can use it for webstats only.
