Just to point out, if you havent noticed for how ever long you have played GTA:SA/SA:MP Hydras dont need a run way, they take off verticality

By the way , A vertical takeoff is better than a VTOL takeoff

Not bad, but would be more realistic without Toreno's Ranch, im sure there's better place to map an Army Base.
