Hi! , I'm wondering if it would be possible to make a script for the Cops to ticket someone's car? For example if you parked your car in the middle of the road and the cops find it you should be able to leave a parking ticket to the car even though the user is offline? So that when he enters the car it would say "Ticket for parking blabla..." .. Just speculations to see how close to that it's possible to get?
